"Superb"

Great location, walk down to beach and coffee shops etc. Well set up unit.

Was a bit cool, no air con/heater, just threw the blanket on bed. Being ground floor unit would probably stay cooler in summer time which is ideal

the unit was clean and fresh and had a great location.

The kitchen window did not have much privacy (work men next door .) , the fridge didn"t keep the milk in the door cold. the light switch in the bathroom was a bit tricky to turn on / off... Could not find a first aid kit when my child needed a band aid. and didn't notice a fire extinguisher ..not that we needed one ! light/ fan switch into the lounge room next to front door did not seem to work.
