Posizione eccellente. A 10 secondi dalla cattedrale e dal cuore pulsante di Siviglia , allo stesso tempo silenzioso all’interno

Porte da rifare e macchinetta del caffè rotta . Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che mancava la carta igienica e il bagno schiuma nei dispenser , li abbiamo chiesti due volti ma mai avuto nulla . Sono andata a comprarli

"Highly recommend apartment and staying with the Genteel Team!"

The property is at the heart of Seville. The property has a private entrance and overall extremely spacious. It has the correct amenities, lots of utensils and kitchen equipment. The bonus is the outside space which was amazing even in autumn. There’s a carrefour/mas supermarket 10 min away and also día 15 min away. The bus to and from the airport is about a 10 min walk. Moreover the team provide you a tour of the apartment, which was great (thanks Pedro & team)! If I even had a question at 10pm, I would get an answer within 30 mins on WhatsApp. They have been extremely attentive and had no issues checking in/out. If you are a family/group, I’d highly recommend not only the apartment but staying with the Genteel team. No spanish was required and we had exactly what we wanted, a hassle free holiday.

it is a fab location near the old town sights but very quiet. Ana - manager on arrival was great. excellent and easy to operate aircon. Communication prior to arrival was first class as it was on a previous stay in the same building with Genteel

the light not working on the communal landing outside but the building seems very well am sure someone will be along to fix soon
