Picturesque Mews Apartment Perfect Location Steps From Harbour and Beaches

Difficult to park at certain times of day. Very steep roads wouldn't suit someone with disability

The apartment was clean and located very close to the town centre. Helena, the host had provided a little treat basket on our arrival, as well as slippers at the door. The kitchen was equipped with plates/bowls etc as well as pans and anything we needed for cooking. The bathrooms also had toiletries to be used too. There were also books and games in the property. Helena was really helpful when she discovered my Dad had left his hearing aid as she was cleaning after our departure and is going to post it on.

If I had to say anything it would be that for 4 adults, it was a little ‘cosy’, especially when we all tried to sit on the sofa! However for a family with smaller children it would be ideal. This was particularly noticeable when there was only one toilet - the information said two bathrooms but there was only a shower and small basin in the double bedroom. However this didn’t detract too much from enjoying our stay 😊

Es gibt deutlich schönere Orte als Torquay. Am Wochenende Ballermann-Atmosphäre, ansonsten viel Leerstand, viele Verkaufsangebote für Immobilien. Die schönen Strände sind eher außerhalb gelegen.

The location is amazing, the apartment is lovely

Helena (owner) had kitted out the property with back up stock of toiletries, nice touch! Also a welcome basket of snacks. Everything was clearly displayed and explained from parking permits to local things to do. Definitely 10/10!
