The building & apartment were stunning with an incredible view over the bay.

Nothing at all.

Expansive View over Torbay from living/dining room. Having a balcony to soak in the winter sun. Airy and Spacious. Coffee machine and capsules.experiencing the outside from the viewpoint indoors- from dawn to night and the light show along the bay

Ramp down was a bit daunting.saucepans were a little tired. Sound from the tv hard for old ears to make out clearly what was being said.

All three bedrooms are a really good size, the showers are very powerful, everything feels clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd expect and the combo of dinning table and breakfast bar seating makes the place feel a little bigger. The views are spectacular especially during New Years for anyone wanting to enjoy the various fireworks going off around the bay.

As others have said, parking is a fun experience. A steep drive with a tight narrow parking area. Won't suit people with lowered cars or limousines. Also if Torquay has a yellow weather warning for wind, the Master bedroom and living room can be quite noisy, so pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The 134 steps down to the seafront from the road the apartment is on - you can walk around instead if need be.

The apartment was very spacious, well decorated, comfortable, warm and plenty of utensils. The view is amazing and would definitely stay again.

The location is amazing but very hilly, not a negative at all.

Great views over the bay and gardens.The property was really nicely furnished and decorated. Everything you could need. Very homely. Easy access to keys on arrival and spotlessly clean and huge, very spacious which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend and visit again

To get the view you are up a hill so if mobility is an issue this apartment wouldn't suit. Was fine for us but worth noting. Gradient on car park is a bit of a challenge. There was no guest info pack and although any sensible person can work out how to use facilities, would have been useful for bins/ recycling etc. and heating. But not difficult to work out, a minor point, just unusual I suppose.

Nothing about the property it was well maintained it was in a good location for a lovely view , the only down side is all good things take a bit of effort and the walk back up from the beach was a bit of effort for my 81 year old mum but she did it !! 🎉
