Butas naujas,erdvus,su labai gera vieta:senamiestis,muziejai pasiekiami pėsčiomis. Požeminis garažas, buvo visi reikiami įrankiai. Labai gerai,kad buvo skalbykle su dziovykle. Likome labai patenkinti.

Ļoti ērts un patīkams dzīvoklis ar lielisku atrašanās vietu. Īpaši novērtēju stāvlaukumu zem mājas. Komunikācija ar īpašniekiem bija laba un ātra.
