Everything is nice and very clean. Very close to everything, Our stay was Perfect!

Very good location, right on top of a shopping mall, easy to get groceries and morning coffee. I stayed most of the time working from home and it was nice and quiet.

Maybe better pillows and bed setup could be improved

The spot is amazing! The strainer works really well. The apartment is spacious and cozy. We came to Tallinn in January and we were so grateful for the heater in the apartment. Once you get the hang of it, getting in is super easy.

Obtaining the apartment key was a complete nightmare. It was located across the street in another building inside a block box. Picture the sheer inconvenience of lugging heavy luggage through snow and darkness upon your arrival in Tallinn after an exhausting 18-hour flight from the US. I had requested to leave the key at the airport information desk before my arrival, as another host had done during my last visit to Tallinn. However, I was informed that it was not possible for security reasons. When I arrived at the lockbox to pick up the key, I found it wide open for anyone to access. Inside, there was another key from a different apartment that I took with me not knowing it. This revealed that the lockbox had shared access, allowing someone else to potentially take my key just as I had taken someone else's. I was only made aware of this after reaching the apartment, where the host requested me to return the key to the lockbox across the street ( After all the hassle finding the lockbox) It was ironic, considering they had initially stated that leaving the key at a secure place at the airport was not an option. Eventually, I was instructed to keep the key in the apartment without receiving any apology. They made it seem like the entire situation was my fault. The apartment at this supposedly prestigious location lacked basic amenities despite the high price. Only two large towels were provided - no kitchen towels, paper towels, hand towels, or even shampoo and conditioner for a single use, one glass for wine, and plastic cups were the alternative. The towel heater in the bathroom was useless as there was no outlet to plug it into. I made it clear to the host that check-in instructions should be provided in advance. I wouldn't have booked this apartment if I had known the hassle I would face upon arrival. There was no information on where to dispose of trash, only warnings in three languages about prohibited parties and consequences.

The apartment was nice and cozy and the location couldn't be better. Free parking was a big plus.

There was only one key to the apartment which made it difficult to go out.
