Viru Stylish Apartment

An overall great apartment with minimal flaws. The shower was one of the best showers I’ve ever showered in, it was spacious and the waterpressure was perfect! The location was superb, within walking distance of almost everything. Big and spacious balcony with a great view.

We couldn’t close the toilet door all the way because the handle was kind of broken, it didn’t open the lock all the way so if you close the door you had trouble getting out of there. The heating rack in the bathroom is also broken, but that didn’t bother us. We couldn’t get the fan above the stove to work either. The bed was really scueaky and you sank into the center of the bed, so maybe a new mattress would be a good idea?

Super location, nearby grocery shops. Good view, easy to get around from there. Tramm and bus-stops just outside. We will try to get back to this place again.

Way too much cigarette-smell coming from neighbour balcony, and by this reason difficult to get fresh air into the appartment.

Flat was easy to access, straight from parking lot, where we parked our car. Quite spacious for 3 colleagues that are always out. Thank you for living us pack of coffee - very useful when you are in the city for 2 days only. Good views over city!

Maintenance should be better for otherwise beautiful flat. Curtains were falling off the rails in the living room. Wooden deck on stunning balcony - cracked and dirty.
