The location was great

There was supposed to be a Spa Bath however there was not one. Light above bed was broken. Chairs and table on verandah were old and rusted. Lounge room ceiling light was broken. Property management staff did not care at all about lying about having a Spa Bath or broken broken lights.

Very clean

Key collection. I had recieved emails that told me to pick the keys up at the laundry mat. I then received a text that said to pick up the keys in 2 different spots.

Clean. Close to beach and shops.

There was a spa advertised and there was no spa there. The toilet seat moved when you sat on it. The bunk bed was so squeaky we had to purchase a blow up bed for kids to sleep on just to get some sleep. There was no hot water on the last day no one could shower. Not impressed

Location was spot on!! So close to the beach and the main street where all the eateries are. Couldn't have gotten a better spot in Sawtell! Room had everything we needed and the complex has quiet neighbours. The lounge was super comfy too!!

Internet is patchy in the room, but we knew this before we got there as it was mentioned in the room details. Just mentioning in case internet is vital during your stay.

Location was great, room size was satisfactory

The property wasn't clean , beds were very noisy, had a fan but no blades on the fan . The room was worth $40/ night not $400

Close to the beach and main strip

Kitchen was really basically equipped. Some basic things you’d expect were missing.
