La piscina

La cerradura de la puerta. No es muy adecuada cuando vas con niños.

Muy buena ubicación, la piscina, ubicada en la azotea, es bastante grande y muy práctica para viajar con niños, especialmente cuando hace calor.

No había productos como la sal y el azúcar en la cocina, y cuando viajas y te alojas en un apartamento sólo un par de días, quieres que estos productos estén disponibles al menos en cantidades mínimas.

Logement simple mais très bien placé, super propre et avec une magnifique piscine.

Avisamos de que la cerradura no funcionaba correctamente y esa madrugada volvimos y no podíamos abrir estuvimos llamando y nadie contestaba. De casualidad apareció una persona encargada con una llave y aún con la llave no podía abrir. La solución fue reubicarnos en otras instalaciones como a 10 min caminando sin ninguna de nuestras pertenencias y al día siguiente hasta las 11 no pudimos acceder. Al día siguiente daba miedo salir porque la puerta seguía sin funcionar bien. No recibimos ninguna respuesta de ningún encargado pidiendo disculpas ni nada me parece un trato penoso y que hemos perdido tiempo de ocio en esto.

Logement très bien situé au cœur de Séville, à proximité de tout. La piscine est superbe et indispensable en été, tout comme la clim. Literie confortable. Appartement propre. C'était parfait on a passé un agréable séjour.

The perfect position near to everything. It was incredibily clean. I can't describe how confortable it was. Absolutely a want to return.

The only thing I have to say is that you can't modify the temperature of the apartment, one night we were kinda cold because the temperature was 19 degrees.

The swimming pool and the location were great.

We were told the sofa bed was broken and we could cancel our reservation and get our money back 1 day before our arrival. At that point, prices of other accomodations were incredibly high. We had to call and insist to get a temporary extra bed and one of us had to sleep on the couch. On arrival, I received WhatsApp messages from 3 different people who would welcome us, they kept changing and they were not communicating with each other.
