"A fabulous 3 night trip in Seville one of my favourite cities in Europe."

Overall it was a very clean and comfortable good property in an excellent position for a fabulous trip to Seville. Excellent Value.

The roof top pool is featured but it is not open all year round this info should be provided pre booking.

The location and the kindness of the staff that was always ready to answer our doubts through booking messages

Nothing to complain but just a suggestion. Have cleaner sheets for the sofa bed and provide additional soap for the bathroom

Excellent location, everything within walking distance Carlos the person who was waiting for us was very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with.

The walls feel like made of paper. You can hear everybody's business so if you have trouble sleeping or have sensitive hearing I would not recommend. Also sofa is terrible for sleeping on.

"Once we were settled in, everything was great"

Great all round

Total lack of directions around the property. It’s huge and has many different towers and lifts. Took us ages to find our room Also the directions to the underground car park are non existent, Each floor is not marked so you have no idea where u are. It turns out our reserved parking spot was on Level -4, number 33. Again, we had to fumble our way around to find it. Directions for the above should have been included with the checkin instructions
