Spacious, nice balcony, and rooftop seating area, very secure and quiet

Kitchenette was very limited, consisting of a hob and sink. No oven, microwave or toaster. No offer of clean bedding or towels over a two week stay, when we attempted to wash the bedding and towels, we were told we had to pay extra to use the washing machine (the host did waive the fee after some discussion) No English spoken, all information was in Italian, no clear, simple explanation of rubbish disposal or rules. We had to use Google translate, as our Italian is very limited
