Walls, doors and panels very dirty Shower drain covered in hair, I pulled a fistfull out of the drain Ants all over the floor Was advertised with iron, but there was only ironing board No information in the apartment about washing machine/dryer, which was in a separate room outside, which we had no key for. No information about wifi or password for one - had to contact owner to get this information

La scarsa pulizia. Si vedeva che non hanno pulito durante il cambio ospiti. Si sono limitati a dare un aspetto ordinato al primo sguardo. LENZUOLA DEL PRECEDENTE OSPITE NON CAMBIATE. Ho mandato subito un messaggio avvisando che avrei dormito sulla coperta e non hanno risposto. Ho effettivamente dormito due notti senza mettermi sotto le lenzuola. Capelli nella griglia della doccia. Accessori della cucina sporchi di grasso. Pezzette per i piatti vecchie e consumate. Macchie di sporco sui mobili. Porte bianche diventate nere per lo sporco

It was so close to the centre, i have family in the área and it was perfect for me to get to everyone. Very spacious too.

There are a few things they could do like the finishings which are getting abit dated/damaged or broken (wardrobe doors). More than anything its to make it nicer to the eye. The bath for instance, the side board in one of them was rotted away from where water runs out when the shower is on, or in the living room the skirting is damaged. Little things really. Maybe put a blind on the sky light? That gets bright at like 6 in the morning.

On the whole a great wee find near my sons new home address. Fine for me absolutely. Small things seen to, might have gained the marks I held back. I couldn't get wi-fi which is important to me, and more so as this place had a terrible phone reception. I was a late arrival though so maybe a little rushed on entry and I didn't ask. Fabulous bed and slept very well. Couple of things like an old damp stain took away from otherwise a good level of decor, but functional being my fairest description. There were a few minor touches that seen to, would lift the accommodation into a higher class for giving marks. My partner is quite a stickler for everything being perfect so she wouldnt stay here. BUT, and I do mean this sincerely. Get some decent window coverings on the patio doors, give me web access and if your prices stay as reasonable as I was given, I will return over and over as I enjoyed my stay in Urmston.. Just a few touches and its description goes up to grreat. Well done at this stage anyway.

Situated very close to local amenities. The room itself was massive and very clean. The bed linen especially was exceptional.

Was a bit cold but Austin increased the heating to help.

Location, large spacious property with everything my family needed. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property. Very reasonable price too.

No dislikes

The host was friendly.

Mismatched broken furniture, grubby and in need of a good redecorate and fix up, the bathroom was in a bad state as the shower drain was badly blocked and the sink leaked onto the floor. The place was in need of a good clean and was in a state of disrepair. Very disappointed for the price of the place. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for less money.
