Queens One

The location was perfect as I was in the area visiting friends and family over Christmas and New Year. Parking was OK although sometimes a little tricky. The outside area was small but relatively private for the time of year. Some of the interior could do with an update as doors and drawers were loose but all clean and tidy. Great TV and WiFi. Fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle all provided. Bedroom size was good and bathroom was huge with a decent size shower. Living room was large enough and comfortable. Living/kitchen/dining room all open plan.

The bed needs replacing. It was lumpy, uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the quilt with it wrapped over me like a sleeping bag. I couldn't imagine a couple attempting to sleep on it successfully.

Surprisingly large and we were 3 guests. Great layout that gives you your own space and two excellent en-suites! Kitchen facilities were excellent too! Close to the Trafford centre as well.

Accessible room on the ground floor is great. This could be improved even more with a grab rail in the shower for safety.

Property was clean and beds were extremely comfortable.

The location was great very close to the train station and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Austin was very helpful and even got me some milk. It had everything you needed for your stay. Bed was absolutely comfortable slept like a baby for 9 and half hours

Was a little cold at times heating came on whenever it was set but was only Luke warm
