Very difficult and not hassle free

The fluorescent tube in the toilet was missing and not replaced in time during our stay, the pillow is flat

Apartament petit per 3 persones. Les instruccions pel check-in i check-out podien ser més clares i la neteja podria millorar, les tovalles oloraven a humitat i hi havia pels a la dutxa.

Well equipped studio, we have everything we need. The location is perfect for people who prefer quiet surrounding, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 7 minutes walk to the peak to peak staring point. The instructions are really detailed, which is quite impressive! It’s a perfect size for 2 adults, could be a bit crowded for 4 adults with 4 big luggages - we’re fully aware of this issue while booking, so not an issue for us.

The view of the Matterhorn is unreal!!! Wish we stayed longer. The place is nice, near the bus stop, migros and food places. You can walk to the train as well. We so love this place and will definitely book again if we visit Zermatt.

Nice location to view point for sunrise. Don't forget to take the bus if you have luggage with you.
