Very responsive communication with Phoenix Studio. Self explanatory check in instructions. Matterhorn is right outside the doorstep 🏔️

There's a pungent smell from the toilet at the get go during check in and continues to be the same throughout the 2 nights stay. Have to close the cover lid every time and the toilet door. Also there's a loose bottom sliding panel of the shower panel on one side. Hope that can be fix as well. Maybe it will be good to have a full length mirror at the entrance door for guests to check outfit. 😊

Location was great. Unit was compact, comfortable clean and had an outdoor area attached.

The room facilities are good, we managed to cook in the room but the cooking air vent is not functioning sometimes. Room is very clean with nice Marattorn view infront of the stay.

Distance is a bit far if you are carrying heavy luggages, we took a bus to the nearest station but still need to walk for about 10 mins to arrive. The sofa bed is easily to scrach our skin. But overall is good.

Great location for taking pictures of Matterhorn in the morning. Just need to walk out the street . Host service was great! Check in instructions very clear. We have some issues to book a taxi when departure, we ask for help. They respond very quick and booked for us. Highly recommended.

Clean, nicely equipped kitchen with basics for cooking, toilet paper, slept 4 although a bit squished. Hosts were helpful and very responsive, eager to help. Clear instructions on how to check in.

It’s a little bit of a walk outside of town, about 10-15 minutes, but overall easy to navigate to and find once there. Clean walking path next to the river. Slept 4 but was crowded, as it is a true studio apartment.

Very convinient location, easy to take cable car or train to the mountain. Good facility, convenient to cook ourselves.

might be a little bit noisy as it is close to the river, but it was ok once closed the doors and windows.

Location was good - didn't take too long to walk from station. Not too many stairs to get luggage into apartment. Tidy apartment. Spacious bathroom

The room is quite spacious, the location is nice..we can see the matterhorn from the street in front of accomodation. The utensils in the kitchen is sufficient for cooking simple meal, cooking oil, salt & pepper also availabe in the kitchen. We really enjoy our stay.

There were some sharp edge in the sofa bed only covered with tape. It still can scratch people, all of us got a little souvenir from that sharp edge. It would be better to cover it properly so it won't hurt anybody.
