Large and plenty of space but mostly how it was like staying with relatives and not in a holiday rental

Downtown was down hill so coming back was always uphill

"We loved staying at this apartment. It felt like home."

The apartment was very comfortable, an easy walk to to many of Akureyri’s attractions, easy to park, and the host was easy to communicate with.

The lock on the door was a little tricky and took us a while to lock from both the inside and the outside. Other than that, no complaints.

"Department you will like at the first glance and will not want to leave"

It was like living in a quite and comfortable home. Everythink we could think of was available, and the old-style living room with a piano was just beautiful. Communication of the landlady was very friendly and helpful. No cleaning was required upon our departure.

We couldn't figure out how to switch on a few lights and how to make the TV functional, but we didn't really need it.
