Posizione ottima.

La ubicacion esta excelente. La torre muy bien. a 4 cuadras del malecon.... a 2 cuadras de la zona de compras. Muy cerquita para ir a comer y de la zona turistica. Excelente.

Solo poner mas sobres de shampoo y gel.... o colocar especieros con los productos. Excelente ubicacion. Lastima que solo estabamos 1 dia, pero regresaremos.

Propre . Excellent emplacement

We liked that it was in a central location. It was clean and perfect for two people although we had three it was able to accommodate us all. Joaquin was an excellent host providing us with all the information we needed upon our arrival. Didn't disappoint. Thank you Joaquin.

Very convenient location in town (trains and buses) and the building has efficient lifts. Comfortable apartment with an amazing view from the small terrace (not recommended with children, or if you suffer from vertigo). Just about all you need for a short stay in Alicante. Also, right next door to El Corte Ingles, and many other local stores, for any shopping needs. Great communications with the host.

Really no complaints about the apartment, but it is showing its age and could do with a fresh coat of paint and a light upgrade. Some cigarette burns on the furniture and scuffed walls lower the tone of an otherwise excellent place to stay. But these are very minor niggles.

The location is great, the sea view also

Everything there: walls, furniture, kitchen, shower, tables etc. are in a quite bad condition, definitely the apartment needs refurbishment!

Everything was perfect.

Location is great, near embankment and all main streets and sightseeings. Wonderful view from the balcony. The room is spacious and has all needed furniture.

It would be nice if there could be cleaner, the sockets were in terrible condition and sometimes fell out of the wall. Bathroom is ok overall, the handle on the shower needs to be repaired.
