The view was amazing! Perfectly kitted out for what we needed for our stay.

The view is fantastic!

The facility look like a little old. The toilet has not enough ventilation. There had not provided quilt. The way of go to and out is quite difficult.

Lo mejor son las vistas, sin duda.

Apartamento reformado pero con claros signos de estar muy "vivido". Es un edificio bastante antiguo, con olor a tubería y agua que se emboza tanto en ducha como en lavabo e inodoro. La dueña es un auténtico amor y pese a algunos inconvenientes (se habían olvidado de montar la segunda cama, dejar preparadas las sábanas, una de las dos bombillas del baño no funcionaba,...) ha sido amabilisima y ha intentado en todo momento resolver en la medida de lo posible. Nos dejó usar la plaza para el coche y además nos facilitó salir un poco más tarde en el checkout. La cama de la habitación es muy pequeña, es más bien de cuerpo y medio. Si sois muy altos, probablemente estaréis más cómodos en el sofá- cama con el inconveniente que no hay cortinas apenas amanece entra una luz increíble.

Great view, good location, close to the beach promenade, tram and buses . Note that buses in Alicante are never on time :) not for from the shops. Its good for start as a trip around cabo Huertas (highly recommend). Close to the Lucentum (Old Roman settlement ruins) and to the beach Albufereta. When in the evening the swift birds are flying nicely close to the elevation :) Beautiful sunrises from the apartment.

Perhaps would be nice to have some more info about how to get inside when first time ;)
