Clifftop Cottage

Compact and very comfortable

No dryer. But not a complaint.

Lovely cottage, suited needs perfectly. Overall really lovely, close enough to Arbroath to enjoy the town, and a short trip from Lunan Beach which was perfect 👍 I will definitely be going again

Only small thing was not having internet in Authmithie - so I couldn't access the email which had the keybox code, but that was my fault, not the host's. Next time I will access the email prior to arrival!

Excellent location in a small village. Lots of walks from the doorstep and there was a local restaurant in the village which was excellent (booking recommended). Close to Arbroath which had everything we needed and also nice drives to lots of interesting places.

There were no large mirrors in the property which we found a bit odd.

Well equiped spacious living space/kitchen. Great modern bathroom with large shower. Like a lot of other reviews say the bed was very comfortable. Parking right at the front door and very easy to get to from Arbroath.

A full length mirror or over sink mirror in the bathroom are sorely missing. Only two small make up mirrors in the property isn't ideal.

Very cosy, had everything we needed. Lovely location, with the beach just a minute away. Really enjoyed our stay!
