Host trả lời chậm, thậm chí không trả lời một vài tin. Thông tin phải đợi hỏi mới trả lời chứ không hướng dẫn, thông báo luôn một lần từ đầu để thuận tiện cho khách.

Fully equipped kitchen, nice views, bathroom was good. Had a fan, washing machine (with powder), large fridge, air-conditioning and close to the supermarket

Not enough body wash but probably could have got some more if we had asked. You must let the host know when you want to use the pool as a ticket has to be bought prior to use.

The apartment has a luxurious feeling at an affordable price, and comes with a fantastic view of the area that you can enjoy from anywhere inside the place. The bed and sofas were great and comfortable. It includes great amenities (kitchen, laundry, etc) for a short or longer stay. There is also an infinity swimming pool on the roof to relax and admire the view. Location is great with a few cafes and food places around. It is also within walking distance to the beach. To get access to the apartment, it is important to let the staff know your check-in time and when you arrive; flexible and friendly staff to assist with your check-in and check-out. After check-in, the building can be accessed via your card and is reasonably secure.

Check-in procedure was a little confusing and took time to navigate because even though there is a hotel in the same APEC building, this unit is operated independently from the hotel. Thus, make sure to coordinate arrival time and meeting place by contacting host before arrival to prevent any miscommunications.

Beach access requires walking entirely around the (huge) government property between the property and the beach, making for a walk to the nearby beach a walk of nearly 30'
