The apartment location

The furniture for the balcony needed replacing and the entrance garden needed a makeover

The setting is fantastic, the flat is spacious and very comfortable, the owner was very nice and welcoming

A bigger balcony that we all could have sat on but that is not really in the control of the owner!

The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing! the appartment looked smaller in the photos. we have travelled with a toddler and was really confortable.

everything was great and the communication with Vittorio was easy. all the apparent was clean! However the bathroom needs a renovation.

Lovely house with modern interior, overlooking the lake. Secure. Private gate access. Fantastic view from balcony. Efficient air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Double beds both rooms (one is sofa bed). Lots of power points. Location excellent.15 minute walk from train station. 8 minute walk to ferry. Steep steps beside house lead directly down onto Lovers walk and lakeside promenade with restaurants and bars.

Liked everything but should mention the property not wheelchair accessible. Steps down to hall door from inside the gate.

Excellent location and view over the lake

The location is cool. The place was clean. The person who attended us helped us with our bags at the frightening stairs. The bed very comfortable.

Many calls had to be made to get a response. We cud have been told beforehand to follow the car road and avoid the pedestrian route. We were offered a free baggage storage. Sadly, when we took all the pain and pulled our bags to the location, the key was not there. And again, the calls were not picked. After waiting for some 30 minutes, we left. After 10 minutes we got a return call and this time we didn't pick. The bath is too small even for a very slim person.

Excellent location and amazing view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped (except for no espresso machine).

The AC did not cool down enough. We were comfortable during the day but not at night when sleeping. The apartment was hard to find. If we knew the number (37) it would have been much easier.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Right at the start of town. Only a few minutes walk along the beautiful lakeside walk to the ferry. The balcony is quite tiny but lovely to sit on in the evenings... especially after the sun went behind the mountains.

The blind on the kitchen window was stuck in the cavity and wouldn't go down. The air-conditioning in the bedroom needed servicing. When I turned it on, water sprayed out all over me, then it turned to ice and was snowing in the bedroom lol.
