A great location. Excellent communication from the owner. WiFi was strong. The dishwasher and large fridge-freezer made self-catering easy. Washing machine is a bonus, though take some laundry powder with you.

Small touches would make a big difference, like a place to hang towels, new pillows, a kitchen sink plug that holds water. Couldn't get the air conditioning to work. It took 10 working days for the bond refund.

Rubyhouse is right overlooking the water offering fantastic views of Lake Como. The one bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Its location, halfway between the town square and ferry dock, is ideal. The locked exterior gate gave us an extra feeling of security. The host provided excellent detailed instructions with photos for finding and accessing the unit.

Perfect self-checkin info. All is smooth. Location and apartment are excellent. Love all.

It'd be great if we have more toilet or paper towel.

The front entrance needed some love as it was a bit run down .as there is no grocery store maybe a little milk and a little washing powder would be nice touch .

A few minor comfort adds-on would have added to our stay, an umbrella, coffee pot needed replacing and washing liquid. Even just a map where local supermarket was and hours so we could have sourced these items
