Hagrid's Hut

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We went prior to visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour, which made the stay even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always kept us updated, making us feel very well looked after. We paid extra for a cake, along with balloons and decorations, and everything was arranged perfectly with great attention to detail. The property was spotless, very welcoming, and the Harry Potter–themed decorations were amazing. There were also Harry Potter games, shows, and books available, which really added to the overall magical experience.

There genuinely wasn’t anything we didn’t like — everything was well organised and exceeded our expectations.

Lovely, comfortable and clean property. Everything needed for an excellent stay. The kids loved the Harry Potter theme, dressing up and toys. Hosts were very helpful and everything was in perfect order.

The theme was cute when staying for a trip to the Harry Potter studios. Host provided balloons, banners and cake for birthday which was fab. Nice quiet area.

Could do with a bit of a refresh, where the walls are painted cream rather than the themed bits, especially scuff on stairs and there's some cracking in the walls around tiling etc. Dripping tap. None of this affected our stay but would be good to have a refresh for £210 per night.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean the Harry Potter theme throughout was just perfect all the little details like the shower curtain and the plush toys were fantastic. We stayed Halloween night for the Nox event at the Warner Brothers studio tour and it was amazing. Children pit trick or treating fireworks early in the evening. A very enjoyable stay!! The apartment is well set up for all needs! There is a Tesco express 5 minutes walk around the corner but the apartment is far from watford town if you are not driving Uber and taxis are expensive!

Not a major complaint the front door is extremely finicky and while there are great instructions given on ensuring the door is locked it might be worthwhile just replacing it with a new door. The chances of it being left open if you leave in a hurry are extremely high

It was nicely decorated, clean and well resourced. It was close to Harry Potter studio which was great. The costumes, games, DVDs etc were great for children and adults.

There was no parking close to the property.

Staff were lovely and went the extra mile for our daughters birthday. They kindly got her a cake and balloons.

The outside could do with a tidy up. The house smelt damp when we arrived. Kitchen cooker was quite dirty.

We all loved the way the flat was themed, lots of lovely little details, the kitchen was well equipped and clean,, lovely to be left a box of biscuits and tea, coffee, sugar milk. 6 mins drive from WB Harry Potter studios

Off street parking would make this accommodation almost perfect Dripping tap in the kitchen needs attention
