"Very expensive city"

We had a pleasant stay but nothing special considering the cost. The location was a bit out of city centre but a short walk in to the city through the park. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. British adaptor did not fit in the sockets but one was left out and I'm sure they would have provided more if necessary. Good Thai restaurant across from building and coffee shop under the bridge was nice.

The sofa was very uncomfortable. It was really warm and bottle of water provided but left out not in fridge! A carton of milk would also be good.

Une de nos meilleures location en Europe. Grand appartement au calme , bien éclairé et d’une propreté exceptionnelle. La cuisine est bien équipée, le lit confortable et la lingerie et literie sont de qualité. Un sans faute pour l’appartement

Le seul problème en est un de communication! Après entente sur l’heure d’arrivée, personne ne s’est présenté au rdv. L’appartement est au dernier étage d’un édifice à bureaux. Nous avons essayé d’appeler l’agence avec notre cellulaire mais aucune réponse. Il y a un téléphone extérieur pour communiquer avec l’agence. Mais faudrait donner des instructions plus claires pour trouver où il se cache! Une photo dans l’envoi d’accueil serait grandement utile.👍 La personne qui nous a finalement accueilli ( probablement pas celle qui était assignée) a omis de nous montrer comment entrer dans l’édifice en soirée. Une chance que la réception était encore ouverte car notre unique solution aurait été d’aller dormir au Marriott d’en face!☹️

The apartment was spotless with amenities well provided. It was quiet and also super convenient to get around the city. The staff was most excellent and provided very good support when needed. They even left me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday which was a nice touch. Wonderful apartment and people.

Nothing! LOVED this place. Will stay longer next time.

Best stay so far! The staff is very kind and the services were amazing for the price.

The only downside is the mechanical white noise since the room with a terrace is on the top floor.
