EMA House Serviced Apartments Superior Downtown

Location is good but not great. Close to the train and bus station is great but old town is about 20 min walk. And there is nothing around 3-5 min walk. Apartment size is nice but the furniture is basic and not comfortable at all. They can upgrade the mattresses, provide extra pillows, get some cushions for the couch, and most importantly if possible add AC. It was 90 degree Fahrenheit everyday and just a basic fan does not cut it. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms while far away from the bedrooms were clean and nice.

Très bien situé si vous arrivez de la gare. Appartement spacieux et moderne

Sur les photos lors de la réservation, il y a avait une grande terrasse et nous n' avons pas pu bénéficier de cet appartement a notre arrivée. Les photos sont trompeuses et le prix trop cher pour ce que nous avons eu ( une mini terrasse entre 4 murs avec deux chaises alors que nous sommes une famille de 4. Nous avons pas pu manger dehors car pas de table de repas. Faite attention quand vous réservez vous n'aurez peut être pas ce que vous voyez.

We were on very hot days, and when we wanted to take a shower and opened the shower window, a lot of insects came into the bathroom through the window

The apartment was very clean, large and very comfortable. The bed is HUGE and there was plenty of space for our high energy 4 year old to run around. The kitchen is well stocked and the toiletries were greatly appreciated. The cleaning service was also appreciated as we stayed for 5 days. The location was also fantastic. Easy access to the center, food, parks and the train station (10-15 minutes walk).

The apartment is spacious, clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the little touches like the coffee machine and the wash sets. And the kitchen is perfect for a short stay where we can cook for a simple dinner and enjoy the football game. Love it!

Nothing — everything was great!

Excellent accommodation very close to Zurich attractions. Clean superb Apartment very well serviced. The service desk is in a Hotel in the street behind called EMA House Hotel Suites. The area feels very safe and there are several restaurants withing walking distance. We had a great experience.
