"I recently stayed at this apartment, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, being close to the city center and with a nearby train station, which made getting around very convenient. Although I faced some issues during the check-in process, the staff’s quick response made up for it. I would especially like to thank Ms. Aisha for her outstanding assistance and immediate support. She was extremely helpful and ensured that everything was resolved promptly. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed stay."

Great location

The location was excellent, and the apartment was exceptionally clean.

The only downside was the heating, which wasn’t sufficient, and there was leftover garbage in the toilet.

Excellent location 10 minute walk from stadelhofen train station and one stop to Zurich main train station. Quiet, spacious and clean with great shower. Excellent communication before and during stay with Fathy and Swisstay team. Highly recommend

Entrance to the apartment is dark. Somone suspiciously knocked at our door on our 2nd night which we just ignored.

wow, the apartment was huge. We booked last minute, the staff were incredibly helpful and I'm very grateful for how quickly they responded and facilitated the stay. Really quirky layout, quite fun to explore.

A little dated, no TV.
