Everything was amazing during our stay, very spacious apartment and rooms, clean, has everything you would need, and close to public transportation. The check in process was easy and the customer support is really something, they also let me check in earlier without any extra fees. I will stay again when I'm in Zurich

The property was very spacious and well equipped. It is very close to city center and directly on a tram station, which was very convenient. Everything was as advertised or even better.

There was no hot water after midnight.

The entrance to the whole building needs a a tidy up as it looks very worn out and dark.

Location is great, apartment is spacious and the balcony great.

The toilets were not cleaned. The kitchen was missing a lot of supplies to host 4 people, there were not 4 spoons..
