There’s no aircondition. Hot water was automatic turned off at 10PM. We went home late and we cannot clean ourselves becau the hot water was turned off

Not clean. Not new. Some éléments broken

The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. The bed are comfortable and it has a nice balcony . The staff is very friendly

1) The location is in walking distance of the center, the lake and the hills. It's a cute district. Tram stops in front of the building. 2) Easy key handover.

1) The sofa bed doesn't work. If you lie on it, it topples over. It's a safety issue. To prevent injury you have to keep the backrest upright (which is supposed to fold down to create the bed) and sleep on the narrow seat cushion only. It is very uncomfortable. We informed the host of the problem; they did not try to resolve the issue. We asked for a discount, they refused. 2) Internet didn't work on our phones. The owner informed us that the router has compatability issues. On the laptop it worked, but broke off frequently. 3) Loud traffic noise. The building is on a busy intersection. Closed windows and ear plugs are barely enough to block the noise at night. 4) A lot of the furnishings are damaged or stained. The pictures are no accurate representation. The textiles have multiple stains - the Sofa, the armchair, the one seat cushion for the four chairs. The chairs are wobbly, the bathroom sink faucet sprays you with water when you turn it on, the shower curtain is torn, the living room blinds are hard to move, the dishwasher smells very bad, etc.
