Not properly setup for a comfortable stay for a family of 3 - we struggled on the sofa bed which was hard and no mattress padding - pillows, sheets and towels were in adequate. Shower didn’t work and we had to manage for a day before the company sent a repair man the next day

Location was the only good thing about this place.

1 out of 2 rooms, have no window shield/blind, which makes it very bright and uncomfortable to sleep in also no privacy at all, especially for my young child. I have raised the issue to the customer service who was very responsive, but I only got an excuse of it being broken. Where It is rather obvious that the one room was not meant to be a bedroom, hence the blind.window shades are not installed originally. But there is a simple cheap obvious solution to that: INSTALL A NIGHT CURTAIN.

Everything about the property was just awesome ! Right from the location to the service !

The audit of the property items have to be done correctly . There were items that were broken/ damaged earlier but they were kept just like that

Good location and spacious. The apartment was clean and had most of the facilities that you’d need.

It was very warm although electric fans were provided. We couldn’t use the toaster as the plug wouldn’t fit in the socket without an adapter, however the owner did offer to provide a voucher so we could get one at the supermarket.. It wasn’t clear where the door to the garage was for us to leave the rubbish, perhaps a sticker on the door would have been useful. I would have preferred bigger pillows

The location is near perfect, ideal for public transportation and walking, but if you want to walk back from the center, you'll have to walk a bit uphill. The hosts are understanding and try to help in every way possible.

If you're looking for quiet, it's very noisy on weekday mornings because it's on a main street. Unfortunately, the TV doesn't work. I didn't report it, but it would have been addressed. The house is clean, but the house is old. The couch in the living room is torn and very unsuitable for sleeping.

Only that it was large ..

The purpose of booming the apartment was 2 bathroom .. but one bathroom was not working !! Lights in the bathroom was not working!! There were no keys and lock in the rooms and bathroom!

It is centrally located near a tram station with the station just 3 stops away. It is a spacious property

The entry to the apartment was littered with garbage and needs attention. It does not promote a nice vibe and certainly does not agree with the price point for the apartment. The property is a bit dated and the bathroom needs additional work. As the flat is situated on an arterial road, it can get quite loud during the day
