Spacious Central Apartments HOTING

Location was perfect with good connectivity to the city centre and supermarkets nearby.

We booked for 5 people. The room was prepared only for 4 people on the first day. The bathroom lights did not function for the whole stay. It was not fixed even after multiple complaints. A lot of things in the apartment need maintanace in general. The sofa in the living room was not in great condition and uncomfortable to use as a bed.

Worst Experience Ever I’ve traveled extensively, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a booking experience with absolutely no real person responding. We stayed for 4 nights, and during the entire stay, the shower didn’t work. Check-in was a complete nightmare, all because there was no actual person to assist us—just endless bot loops that led nowhere. The location might have been decent, but the lack of human support made the entire stay unbearable. I strongly advise avoiding this place unless they improve their customer service drastically.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — a tram stop right downstairs made getting around the city super easy, and having a supermarket just below was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Plenty of fresh white towels and linens were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Minor points: more bowls in the kitchen would be useful (though plates and spoons were plenty), and one tap handle was a bit loose so we had to adjust it manually a few times.

Damp, dirty and odour curtain, no TV and washing machine as described in the ad, and broken fans and bed, fire safety in question and very noisy lift.

The location was pretty convenient. The tram stations were just outside the house, and the supermarket was just down the street from the building.

I would like the communication with the host much better.

Este fue, sin duda, el peor alojamiento de Europa. La experiencia comenzó mal, ya que las llaves no estaban disponibles a la hora del check-in. Después de múltiples llamadas y 30 minutos de espera, alguien finalmente llegó para entregarlas. El alojamiento, aunque espacioso, mostraba una clara falta de mantenimiento: el suelo estaba rayado, varias luces y enchufes no funcionaban, y los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, incluyendo una olla llena de grasa, eso que se te cobra una garantía elevada de 200 euros. El problema más grave fue la falta de agua caliente el primer día, a partir de las 6 de la tarde. Fue extremadamente difícil contactar a alguien para resolverlo, y no se ofreció ninguna solución inmediata. El agua caliente no volvió hasta el día siguiente, mostrando una total falta de amabilidad y rapidez para resolver el problema. A pesar de que el precio es elevado para lo que ofrece, lo único rescatable fue su buena ubicación.

There is no way to talk to someone in case of urgent need. It's only a whatsapp number without any calling facility. The only option you have is to drop a message which they can come back with a reply after an indefinite period. When I reached at the location I was unable to find the building and there was no one to help me out. Google map doesn't identify the building correctly and there was no signage/board outside to identify the building from outside. My family was literally stranded on the road with all the luggages for more than half an hour just because no one responded on whatsapp message quicker and even when responded the lady was unable to make us identify the exact location of the property. I felt really helpless as I didn't know who to reach out to. Very disappointing experience.
