Spacious Central Apartments HOTING

Nothing to like.

Very cheap facilities. No cleaning of common areas, building entrance was like garbage. Fan was not working and when we asked to replace they said Fan is not part of services. Day temperature was very high in Zurich and it was extremely difficult to manage without Fan. Also, no curtains in room and it was difficult to sleep till 9 PM and then early morning. They showed us balcony when we booked the apartment but later on refused to give balcony room. Full scam.

The bathroom needs a little attention. The mattresses as well I would reconsider the key opening all doors, including the main building door.

Fantastic location in a pretty and quiet neighbourhood with direct access to the tram. Near to the Kunsthaus and sweet cafe and health food store over the road. Spacious and light apartment. Helpful and responsive staff including Aicha.

Not the best for young families. Note: they are not able to provide a travel cot or high chair. The balcony has a gap which is not safe for very young children / toddlers. Missing some basics in the kitchen such as saucepans.

No breakfast was provided and promissed

The apartment is so spacious and comfortable. It has an easy access to the city center and various tourist attractions.

Location is good.

The shower diverter knob isn't working. Informed the property immediately after we checked in, nobody sorted out. We stayed two nights without a shower. The price paid including the cleaning fee 105CHF. Invoice after checking out add another 105CHF. Shocking!

Very outdated and bathrooms would benefit from some upgrades and deep cleaning.

We suggest to maintain the interior lighting in a good way. When people from other countries visit, it is suggested to have the electrical plugs and sockets for different region to make available in the property.
