The location is very good since it is a beach front.

The owner were very rude. They demanded deposit money which is not stated in the advertisement and they robbed me the deposit. They came with stories that I did not switch off the lights and left the fans off. They took the deposit money even though there was no damages to the property.

The location and the set up of the complex with each unit overlooking the pool and the sea was amazing for our family of four. Our kids 7&9 were able to explore safely and excitedly. Having the beach across the road made it a 'park your car and leave it" holiday

We were meant to be 6 of us two of the six being grand parents. Athendescription of the unit doesn't give the entire picture of the unit as the stairs are steep and you can't have elderly or very young sleeping in the downstairs floor. If we landed up being the full compliment of six, the unit would not have been suitable

A really nice unit with a beautiful view. Very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and appliances and very spacious. Great for a family holiday. Great location. Nice pool and garden.

After booking I noticed the cleaning fee was R580. The domestic worker came for 2 hours and didn't even change the linen. R580 seems excessive considering she just swept the floor, unpacked the dishwasher and made the bed. I was then emailed and asked to pay a further R1500 damage deposit. It has still not been returned to me. I tried to get hold of the letting agency via email and two whatsapp numbers the day prior to arriving to confirm they received my payment. No response. Then whilst driving to collect keys and reading for instructions where to collect them I see a line which says towels are not provided and only one roll of toilet paper. So we needed to stop at Mr P and buy towels and toilet paper. The towels were then dirty so we needed to wash them as we arrived. Thankfully there was a washing machine. Imagine arriving on holiday to have to do washing. After unpacking (on the 3rd story) we then tried to get ready to go out only to realise there were no lights/ fans working on the 3rd story. I got hold of the agency. They sent an electrician who said that the agency were aware of this problem and he had recently quoted them to repair it but they said his price was too high. He was not able to help. They then contacted me during the evening while we were out watching rugby to say they would move us. It was really too late for that. We then had electricians in the apartment for most of the day on Monday so I sat in the room most of the time as my husband was working and I was in the unit with a bunch of men I didn't know. The neighbors above were very noisy and started moving chairs and stomping around from before 6am every morning. So was impossible to sleep in. It was just an unpleasant experience.

Location is nice and central to amenities and restaurants and close to the beach. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. Great living room and well-stocked kitchen. Nice views and ample space to eat together at the big dining table. The verandah had nice furniture for sitting and socialising. downstairs has direct access to the pool which is great.

The bathrooms are a little quirky with the showers being tiny and a bit tricky and two of them leaked into the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is minute! not enough places to hang towels to dry. But they were clean and everything did work. The bath is huge and lovely. A bit of a strange layout over 3 floors with twisty, steep and narrow stairs - not for the fainthearted or for young kids (concrete and tiled steps), but not unmanageable for the average joe.
