Hampden Apartments - The Catherine

Great location for what we wanted to visit, spacious rooms, quiet, well equipped with essentials and extra e.g 2 hairdryers, 2 fans and kitchen utensils. Good secure car park and easy to access. Good price for location and size.

Couple of light bulbs didn't work and switch in main living room wouldn't turn off. Couldn't find plug sockets near mirrors so was difficult to style hair.

Excellent location in a quiet residential area, 15 mins walk from castle and centre. Nicely fitted apartment. Secure parking.

A few things would improve the overall experience - the ironing board was insecure (it was in danger of collapsing due to a missing bolt), there were no oven gloves to be found, and the blinds in the living room were damaged and not great looking, which detracted from the overall quality of other aspects. The living room light would not switch off.

Ease of access Parking

Extremely unclean. Photos sent to host, after stay but not acknowledged. I hope they make improvements it’s unfair to ask anyone to pay for this accommodation

Lovely spacious apartment, would stay here again. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. Parking was also available.

Very comfortable, well equipped, warm flat. Free on site parking. Ideal location for exploring Windsor. Would not hesitate to return.

Security - Window in ground floor bedroom could not be locked. Also other residents kept leaving the lock to door to the flats on the latch so that the code was not needed. This meant that anyone could get in to the building. It would have been nice to have an information pack with instructions for appliances, recycling etc.
