Hot water didn’t work the first morning. Had to contact the owner. Sorted quickly but the next morning the hot water failed again half way through my shower. My husband didn’t get a shower. Welcome pack was missing. Did arrive after I complained but the housekeeper implied it was my fault that it hadn’t been delivered. I had been advised I could leave off luggage after 12 .Only 2 bath towels for 3 people. I expect not to pay full price or any service or goods that are faulty. Would have expected a partial refund.

Location for our needs was good. Just a 15 minute walk to the castle.

Location was a short walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. Tim owner/manager was very helpful and responded to queries quickly. Ability to have a private shuttle to Heathrow (which was on time) was a bonus although cost is high. Ability to securely store luggage after check out was very advantageous.

Shelving in shower would have been nice and lighting in living room was dull although kitchen area was well lit. Our apartment was lower ground and although very comfortable, the lack of natural light made it dull during the day.

Beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Comfy bed and good shower. Onsite parking. Easy walk into Windsor.

clean, cosy and convenient location. there is a storage option for luggages after check out which helped a lot as we waited for our next accommodation to be available.

No view as it was a basement floor

Excellent location, very convenient, easy walk straight into Main Street to castle. Plenty of cafes, pub and restaurants close by. Apartment very comfortable with all great appliances.
