Bright 3-bedroom apartment - Central Armidale

We three ladies all thought the location was fabulous. It was close to everything that we had planned to do during our stay. the apartment was very comfortable and warm. Thank you Ben. We will definitely stay there again.

It was clean and relatively comfortable with the basics.

Overall, the property both inside and out was run down. The bathroom did not have shelving to place our toiletries on and only one small towel rail. We had to place our towels over chairs or any furniture we could find. The hot water system was inefficient. To access the property , we were given an incorrect PIN code. We received a welcome email with the correct PIN code on the day of our departure. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this accommodation.

Location was beautiful.

Would have liked some Tupperware/ glass containers for cooking food in the microwave.Supply of proper tea towels.

Very comfortable beds, quiet location

We were 4 people staying and the unit worked very well for us. A spacious, well set up unit. Good off street parking also and just around the corner from The Fishbowl for coffee and breakfast. Not far from town centre, quiet and well situated. Kitchen was well set up with all we needed to cook a meal. We would stay here again.

Nothing that I can think of - although there are a few steps to the unit from the carport to be aware of - but not a problem for us.

Location was great. Cute little cottage and very convenient to everything that we needed. Lovely birds and church bells (not noisy just not our usual) to wake up to and a cup of tea on the verandah was a lovely start to the day. Very quiet area.

Tea towels just in case. Fans in all bedrooms would be good - it got a bit hot to sleep without. There were no screens on the room / study - to leave the windows open.
