Bright 3-bedroom apartment - Central Armidale

The sheets were very clean. Plenty of extra bedding.

It was difficult to get the right temperature in the main shower. The temperature would change suddenly from warm to cold or hot.

Lovely apartment, super position, quiet, clean, well equipped for a long stay.

Very clean, very roomy fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and oven. Great location while still very quiet of a night and early morning.

There needed to be some way of hanging clothing in the 2nd Shower/toilet, even some clothes hooks would suffice to avoid having to leave clean clothes on the floor. While the premises were very clean throughout, the Oven had NOT been cleaned for some time ! Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

There was a bit of street noise but it was so central it was not a big deal. We anted to be walking distance and it was that!

We like everything about the house!

- as stated above It was a good price for 5 adults, but the flat wasn't really meant to accommodate 5 grownups, I think.

These are just a few suggestions on how the flat can be made even more comfortable: Should have a mat to put shoes on inside the front door. (We had very wet shoes and didn't want to track water and dirt all over the room.) We were an adult family of 5, made up of only one couple and 3 singles. There were enough beds, but it wasn't the best arrangement as one bedroom was too small for two single beds. Would be great for kids, though. The table wasn't really big enough to seat 5 people and there were only 3 chairs at the table. Lots of linen provided, but would have appreciated a couple of extra teatowels as we did not always want to use the dishwasher for just a few dishes.

Simple but had everything we needed.

It would be great if the hedges could be trimmed a little as getting in & out of the carport was challenging other than this minor feedback point everything was great
