It was clean, easy to access, well set up for our group and there was great communication from Ben. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking and the heating was great as well.

We were driving a minivan and the driveway was a tight squeeze near the gate, generally though it was fine just be careful when reversing out.

"Great base for mini home away from home exploring Armidale."

The property was as advertised, a cute place with all mod cons in a good location. short walk to town. Had comfortable beds and was well set up. Had the extras which make a stay more like home, spare towels, extra pillows, kitchen things. It was lovely!

It was all good.
