Bright 3-bedroom apartment - Central Armidale

Facilities and supplies provided were extensive and excellent. Owner responded very promptly to SMS messages.

A couple of small maintenance items were needed. Hedge along right side of driveway should be removed, as it intrudes significantly on driveway.

The property was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The property is perfectly located.

Although the property can accommodate 6 adults, the bathroom has 1 towel rail, and absolutely no where to hang a single item of clothing. I suggest you make use of the large empty wall in the bathroom by adding some hooks to hang clothing, and put some towel rails in the each of the bedrooms. Also the hedge between the house and the driveway should be completely removed, it makes it almost impossible to access a vehicle parked there, and very difficult to even walk past. An otherwise great property, spoiled by minor details.

The property needs another set of keys The numbers on the key lock box are very small to read for the code Iron needs replacing. The mat in the lounge room also needs replacing as it is a trip hazard The shower door didn’t close properly

Close to town, very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay in Armidale
