Wonderful Apartment Hobson Gardens

Very nice Appartements. Good comunication, clean, big rooms with a kitchen and washing machine!

I paid a $350 deposit, and despite numerous messages to the host/owner since we checked out, have not had it refunded. The host/owner claims we damaged the toilet and the dryer - we did no such thing, we didn't even use the dryer so just how we could damage that is a mystery known only to the owner, and everything else in the apartment was in exactly the same condition when we left as we had found it upon arrival. I have messaged the owner/host countless times, but they can't even rustle up the courtesy of a reply, let alone a refund. It has got to the stage where I am having to initiate legal action to recover my deposit. This is without doubt the worst Booking.com experience I have had, I will likely never use Booking.com again, and will certainly never use Zodiak apartments again.

I would have given this a good rating, but all this place does is take your money 1st anything else they don’t care about.

They are so quick to get you to pay including security deposits and when you ask them about issues for example hair dryer stopped working I never got a reply. Until we left the place and they were quick to charge us for a small blood spot which is easily washed off. I paid $107 NZD for a small blood stain on the pillow.

Generally nice furniture

Fotos show sofa bed in lounge which we needed. It was broken and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. There was no explanation offered for the missing bed nor was there proper bedding. (Not like the photos.)
