Wonderful Apartment Hobson Gardens

Nothing really its tired the outlook vould not be worse if it were a scrap yard. The keys to the apartment are not on site as the managment state the are 2km away. This apartment was booked as it was disabled friendly. The key deposit collection was not disabled friendly. They lie about the keysThe not being on site as they know that this will put people off. Booking.com should make them update thier claims and say the keys are not on site and cannot be accessed by a disabled person

The place has cupboards that are delaminating, the blinds in the bedroom are falling apart and unuseable, the bath grouting is dirty, there is no rubbish bin for the kitchen , the extractor in the bathroom was filthy and did not work. The WiFi has no information as to how to connect, the info on the router is incorrect, the modem and router were switched off the lan port on the modem would not talk to the router. If I did not know what I was doing I would not have had the internet. Not withstanding that it took 2 hours to get it sorted, like I had two hours to waste. Go look eleswhere I wish I had!

Very spacious apartment that comfortably slept our family of six. Kids loved it! Great secure parking included with the apartment. Very easy walking to town city centre and Sky city. Would book this apartment again. 

Not enough towels supplied for the family of 6. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment so we got by OK.

it was pretty standard and over rated and we thought we were getting a balcony. Kids were expecting better like back home unfortunately it was not. We had only one key so when someone left no one else could because you couldn't get back in without a key. Getting the password for WiFi was difficult and couldn't open up app to access it. Master bed was so hard you may as well sleept on the floor. Lights were out in one of the bathrooms and there were no oven trays to cook in the oven we had to use a muffin tray. I don't recommend this place for families this is a quick pit stop if you need to rest ya head. Oh and getting the keys from another location and trying to access it was painful.
