Location and the room. Lovely room and lovely house.

There was no kitchen, but it was explained as it was an Annex. Dishes were cleaned and swapped daily. This isn't a complaint. it just would have been nice to wash our own dishes.

"Beautiful accommodation in peaceful landscaped grounds containing two small lakes."

Continental type breakfast, well provided. The accommodation is located off the beaten track. The directions I followed have perhaps been updated. The advice gave a distance and a marker, ie at the fork in the road, but there are two junctions.

The path to the accommodation is pebbly so a case with wheels did not wheel easily.

Such a lovely property with antique furniture, beautiful setting, continental breakfast superb. Host very friendly & helpful even loaning me a pashmina for a wedding. Everything we needed for a weekend away.

"One of the best accommodation finds I've ever found."

Friendly welcome. Accommodation was an Annex of the main property. Kitchenette area with food supplies topped up daily, toaster, microwave, fridge. Timed heating with available plug in electric heater. The bed had an Electric Blanket - bonus on a chilly night. Access to large garden area, with pond, adjacent to wood. Located in rural area with miles of quiet lanes, ideal for runs / cycling. Excellent value for money.

Nothing I would complain about.
