Perfect Apartment near Opera

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht.

Zum zweiten Mal an dieser Adresse, jeweils für eine Nacht. Wir sind Festspielbesucher, daher ist die Lage optimal, besser geht´s nicht, alles zu Fuß erreichbar und der Parkplatz ist auch gesichert. Das Apartment ist ok, alles etwas improvisiert, aber wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen, gutes Bett, wunderbar ruhig in der Nacht. Nichts für Leute, die Luxus suchen, aber perfekt für alle anderen.

Very close to the festival area and even in working distance to the main station (20/25 minutes) and downtown (30/35 minutes). Nice host who welcomed one very warmly. Supermarket and bakery not really far - 6/7 minutes working.

Not easy to get a taxi in that area (but the fault of the property). Uber and Freenow hardly work in Bayreuth. But - see above - main station and downtown more or less in working distance (down hill) and for the way back much easier to get a taxi.

There was no possibility to check-in in the evening of the respected date as apartment has been left in the process of cleaning by the host due to the accident. The host didn't know that apartment is not ready. The host was not present. He said on phone that has no connection to the cleaner due to the accident. We were forced to look for a new apartment in the late evening after full day travelling. We hope that it was an random accident and host didn't know about it.

Cosy, clean, comfortable place. Peaceful neighborhood.

Very spacious, clean and well organized. The location is good wirhna quiet environment. Had good sleep. Just about 5 minutes by bus to town centre. Hosts were very friendly and ready to offer support. Clean and sufficient towels. All that the bathroom needs was available.

The window blinds could be replaced as they look tired. Also, the rolling window blind to prevent light entering the room was broken and needs to be fixed.

That’s a great apartment that I just feel like go home, everything is perfect and clean and also comfortable, I wish to be here again

The host's mother was really friendly and helpful. Loved her sooooo much!! Will definitely be back.
