Perfect Apartment near Opera

When Antonio arrived it was everything dirty.

Very clean, friendly owner, I recommend.

The place is fantastic. We felt like at home. Very lovely, absolutely clean, and comfortable. If you like to cook independently, there is everything you need.

It is a very nice and cozy apartment close to Bayreuth Festival Theatre. It is clean and quiet and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again.

quiet location excellent facilities clean friendly and helpoful host

Host was smoking on balcony below us late in the evening and one day even early in the morning. Because of temperature we had to have the windows open so the cigar / cigarette smell really disturbed our sleep on two nights. This is obviously what our host do so we did not complain. i never had this problem before with booking.com but next time I will request in advance a room that will not be affected by smoking fumes / smell. .
