Super bien situé, à 5 minutes du Mont-Ste-Anne et à 5 minutes des commerces. Stationnement devant la porte. Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Très propre. Appartement fonctionnel!

Voisins d’en haut bruyants. Le lit est très mou.
