Clean. good location. all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. TV worked. bed was comfortable. parking out side door.

I'm not a big fan of basement apartments, but that's just me, and even though it was a basement the temperature was just ok for me but abit too warm for my husband, Outside was 24 degrees, and there is no Air Con. Being a basement also means you can't leave a window open.
