nothing that I can think of but if I have to write something it will be that there is only 1 bathroom and that can be a limiting factor but certainly does not negate the wonderful experience overall with a fantastic host

Location was outstanding. Beautiful views from the property and jacuzzi. Hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Sheets were just kind of stiff and crinkly so nicer sheets would make the stay more comfortable.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for our group - two adults, three kids (6,7 and 1,5 years). We took hiking to trip to Bellagio centre, lots of stairs and narrow pathways, which was perfect to get a feeling of the Como area. Our host Noris suggested really good places to eat and the nearby Pasticceria was great for a morning walk to get fresh pastries and coffee. And Jacuzzi and the view - perfect combination! Thank you!

For a group like us - family with small kids, would be great to have more supplies for washing machine or shampoos/shower gel. But this is very minor thing compared to all the bonuses.

An unforgettable stay! This accommodation is absolutely amazing. The house is clean, beautiful, and filled with natural light. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, and the jacuzzi is simply incredible. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the garden is absolutely stunning. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

This is the perfect place to stay in Bellagio. Noris was so communicative and friendly, sending us lots of links and recommendations via WhatsApp before we arrived. The apartment is well designed, comfortable and very clean. And of course the best part are the views of the lake!! So beautiful. The hot tub was a welcome bonus and it was so nice to be in it at night, look out at all the lights around the lake. We loved our stay here, and will certainly be back.

Nothing that can be changed, but a word of warning if you are planning on walking/using public transport is that the property is a good 20 min walk uphill from the main town centre. To be expected- you can't have the view without being on a hill! It is an easy walk.

Owners Igor and Noris were so helpful, kind and informative. Villa has spectacular views, immaculate, built to high quality. All the amenities of a high end hotel. Conveniently located to a path to walk to the ferries, shops and restaurants in Bellagio.

Sometimes difficult to get a taxi or Uber but maybe because we went in late September?

The views were incredible & the rooms were set up perfectly for our group.

That we only got to enjoy it for one night. We should have stayed longer!
