Very steep hill to the property, but that's what gives you the amazing views

We like the hot tub jacuzzi which is very comfortable and the host is very helpful and friendly.

The villa location at top of the hill , so we can see lake Como, town surrounding, the mountains, it is really a great scenic view. I can say it is a million dollar view. Just perfect for me & my family to rest and enjoy Bellagio and local food after travelling 2 weeks around northern Italy. Jacuzzy is really a big bonus and we can enjoy the view while relax at jacuzzy😄👍. And we really very happy with warm welcome & great hospitality from Noris the owner, and she give little surprise when we celebrate my daughter birthday at the villa. Definitely we will come back again at Villa Primula when we visiting Bellagio. One more thing, all villa facilities are in perfect and clean condition and the Villa have a private parking😄. Beautiful location, photos are accurate to what you get. There's a bunch of terraces but the best one is the hot tub, by far. Stunning scenery, and the owners are onsite (live downstairs) so easy to communicate. Everything was new and tidy. Beautiful kitchen!

Bellagio isn't super walkable from here. You have to walk on a road that has no sidewalk, blind corners, fast Italian drivers, and is steep. Not a huge detractor, though, as you likely have a car to drive into town if you're staying here anyway.

fully accessorized, very high standard luxury house. amazing view all around and lovely garden. and of course - hot tub facing the mountains and lake Como. great for family with children. 5 minutes drive from bellagio center
