The location, the view was absolutely amazing and it was spotless clean on arrival.

Lack of fans, yes we did stay in the middle of a heatwave.

The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a lovely stay. The pool is perfect for a relaxing swim after a day out and about and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is handy for the bus which you can pick up opposite the Al Corner Bar, which is a friendly & welcoming place to grab a bite to eat. If you’re hiring a car, be mindful that the road is very narrow leading up to the property. If you’re arriving into Bellagio by ferry, there are no taxis at all. We saw many people doing the long hot walk with bags but you can get the D110 bus to Lecco from the main bus stop just opposite the ferry and get off at Visgnola Centro and then it’s just a 5 minute walk. If you’re walking into Bellagio, the tunnel (Borgo) by Al Corner is a useful option as it cuts off some of the road.

There’s nowhere nearby to buy provisions, only one supermarket which is probably about a 35 minute walk. There are no taxis so if you miss the last bus back, it’s an uphill walk. If you’re planning to visit Como, buy your tickets in advance as if buying on the day you can’t buy a return and have to queue once you get to Como to ensure you get the ferry/rapido back.

L’appartement est incroyable. Deux salles de bains. Une vue incroyable. Une piscine parfaite. Tout ce qu’il fait était à notre disposition pour passer un super séjour.

La posizione è perfetta, immersa nella tranquillità ma a pochi passi dal centro e dal lago. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. La vista è spettacolare e svegliarsi con quel panorama è stato davvero speciale.
