Conca Verde Appartaments

Stunning views of the green rolling hills in the backyard, extremely kind and helpful property owners, very close walk into the main town

The apartment was clean snd comfortable and was a short 10 minute walk into the main part of Bellagio, ferries, shops, etc. The host was friendly and met us when we arrived. The grape arbor over the patio was nice.

The pictures in the listing showed beautiful views of lake from the apartment which is why we booked. We came all the way from the USA to visit lake como and specifically searched for apartments with lake views. It was a very high priority for us. But when we arrived we on the lower level without any lake view at all. We were very disappointed at what felt like a “bait and switch”. Had we known that we would never have booked this apartment. It’s important that that information be made known beforehand so we could choose accordingly. Our big trip to lake como was spent with a view of a back yard (which was very pretty).

We had a lovely stay at Conca Verde! The hosts were very lovely and welcoming. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Bellagio, but a short walk when you wanted to be there.
