Conca Verde Appartaments

The house is perfect for a family, the host was very very nice and generous. The The location is very convenient.

The Wifi isn't great. There are many mosquitos in the area of the lake and in the garden.

Isa is a great host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Overall the facilities were very good. The shower seemed to take a long time to heat up, but it always did, and had good pressure. Having on site access to a washing machine is extremely handy, particularly when you are well into your trip. There is a very good supermarket that is easy walking distance from Conca Verde.

Could do with a room safe. Location is within reasonable walking distance to the main waterside strip of Bellagio, but after a long day it still feels like a long way back. Regardless, it is still quite suitable to use as a base for exploring Bellagio on foot.

We really enjoyed with husband staying there. Nice apartment and close to the city center.

Everything was clean and organised. Isa was so nice. The location was perfect.

Great location, we loved the walk from the apartments to the town. Very scenic and the apartment had everything we needed. The host picked us up from the ferry terminal which was very kind. Would stay again.

The traffic from the road was loud at night.

The terrace has spectacular views, the pool was a delightful way to cool off. Well-appointed kitchen. Excellent bedding and towels.

It’s a bit of a walk into town, but we got used to it.

Luisa was a very generous host who was easy to communicate with regarding our arrival time. Met at property which was approximately 15 minute walk with luggage up from Bellagio ferry (we caught from Lecco). Photos don't quite do the size of the property justice and was more spacious than we expected with a terrace which adjoins that of the next door apartment but still felt private enough. Kindly left umbrellas which came in handy for the occasional thunderstorm as well as some water/wine to purchase from her if running low. Supermarket is about a 5 minute walk down an alley off the main road. Useful booklet including recommendations for eating out. Approximately 10 minute walk from the free rocly beach towards San Giovanni. We didn't use the kitchen but seemed well equipped.

The road at the front of the property (opposite side to the terrace) can be fairly noisy - but this wasn't an issue overnight for example.

Great location, clean and well laid out apartment, nice garden and a lovely host
